We place your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), where Your property becomes available for showings for over 30,000 real estate agents.

Your property will be exposed on the following Internet sites REALTOR.com, MLSNI.com, marketmaxrealty.com.

Yard or window sign "FOR SALE" will be installed (if permitted by regulations and location).

Lock boxes for easy access are available for rent ($25 per month) or sale.

You are responsible for scheduling and handling of all showing appointments.

We will negotiate on your behalf any offer from cooperating AGENT until an agreement is reached.

REMEMBER: You retain the right to sell your home at any time! You retain the right to hold Open Houses to look for that buyer!
IF YOU FIND THE BUYER YOU DON'T PAY A BUYERS BROKER FEE.

COST: $550 fee is payable at the time of listing (none refundable).

THE ONLY ADDITIONAL FEE DUE IS BUYERS BROKER FEE OF 2.5% AT THE TIME OF CLOSING.

IF SOLD BY LISTING AGENT YOUR TOTAL COMMISSION IS
2% (including initial fee).
