Your property will be exposed on the following Internet sites REALTOR.com, MLSNI.com, marketmaxrealty.com.

Yard or window sign "FOR SALE" will be installed (if permitted by regulations and location).

We provide scheduling of all showing appointments. Lock box will be installed for easy access. Refundable deposit ($35) required.

We will negotiate on your behalf any offer from cooperating AGENT until an agreement is reached.

We will assist you in all steps and procedures involving in the selling process (attorney, financing, inspection, etc).

REMEMBER: You retain the right to sell your home at any time! You retain the right to hold Open Houses to look for that buyer!
